Thisbreakthrough innovation enables clients to personally lock their ATM cards from use in ATM machines and other access points such as Point-of-Sale (POS) and online which require the use of the ATM card number as a preventive measure against card related fraud. Clients can access this unique feature for free through the newly improved PSBank Mobile which can be downloaded through Apple Store or Google Play.

PSBank ATM cardholders can lock and unlock their cards from use for as long as they prefer with just a few simple steps.
It is best to activate the lock feature immediately after every transaction using an ATM card. It is a proactive step to mitigate risks and prevent unauthorized use in cases when clients use their card in a compromised ATM, when scammers steal card information via the ATM or online hacking. This PSBank Lock & Unlock feature provides an additional layer of protection against ATM skimming, an illegal and unauthorized copying of cardholder information in a card which is usually perpetrated with the use of devices and other similar ATM card-based related fraud.
Clients who lock or unlock their ATM card will receive transaction request confirmation immediately through the PSBank Mobile and to the clients’ registered email address. These confirmation services enable users to closely monitor the status of their ATM cards anytime, anywhere.
Clients with PSBank Regular ATM card, PSBank Debit MasterCard, PSBank Prepaid MasterCard orPSBank Flexi Personal Loan with Prime Rebate ATM card can lock and unlock their cards through the PSBank Mobile. It is also available to PSBank Online users by simply activating their mobile access.
